My father Viktor Vladimirovich is a former chairman of a non-for-profit civil-rights organization "Society for Economical Freedoms" (short summary), more, based in Moscow, Russia. He spent his life fighting the Communist regime for the economical freedom of market in Soviet Union. He retires from his fights in 1999.
